Refraction Ring S

A luxurious limited series in which the entire process, from jewelry polishing to production, is custom-made by a married couple.
As the name suggests, Refraction = 'Refraction of light', this is a masterpiece that takes full advantage of the beauty of the effect created by light.
The original cut rock crystal is intricately carved with a pattern that has a somewhat retro feel, and the pattern is reflected in the metal stone seat that supports it from the back, giving it a playful feel.

The matte carvings that stand out against the transparent base are layered due to the refraction of the crystal, and the expression changes depending on the angle, so you won't get tired of looking at it.

Akihiro Kanzaki
Her works are characterized by the expression of jewelry techniques, carving techniques, and materials.
Using precise expressions such as micro carvings and miniatures, we create jewelry that will last 100 years from now, with a 360° front view.
I create a wide range of works, from traditional accessories to contemporary pieces, high jewelry, and objects.

Rumi Tasaka -yiel-
We specialize in graphical jewelry made of gemstones.
We develop original designs using original cuts and recuts, mainly using gemstone materials such as crystal, agate, and shellfish.
A geometric yet classic worldview is derived from the interplay between the act of viewing materials as shapes (cutting, overlapping, repeating) and the phenomena of materials (color, transmission, reflection, refraction).
We sublimate the originality and rich expression created by carefully considering the unique characteristics of materials, techniques, and designs into jewelry.
