Your order is not confirmed at this time. You can shop for multiple items by repeating the process. Your order will be treated as one separate item, so please place all orders together. If two or more items are separated and the shipping destinations are different, shipping charges will be charged for each item.
3. If you have decided on the product you would like to purchase using "Add to cart", click the "Proceed to checkout" button.

After filling out each form, click the "Proceed to shipping method selection" button to proceed to the next page.

4. After confirming or deciding on the shipping method, please proceed to the next step by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button.
5. Please select your payment method. If paying by credit card, please fill in the information.
If your billing address is different, please select "Use a different billing address" from the options and fill in the information.

6. Click the "Complete Order" button to complete your order. Please note that an automatic order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.
If you do not receive a confirmation email from our shop even after 48 hours have passed, please contact our shop.
About payment
Bank transfer and credit card payments are available. Cash on delivery is not available.
Acceptable credit cards are VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, and DINNERS.
If you would like to pay in installments, please select "Credit payment (GMO Epsilon)" from "Payment method" during ordering and proceed to "Pay now" at the bottom. About returns
When the product arrives, please be sure to check that the product you received is the same as the product you ordered, and that there is no damage.
If we deliver a defective product (damaged, stained, or missing product) or a product different from the one you ordered due to our error, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days after receiving the product and return it. We will exchange the item for the correct item only if we receive the item within 10 days of receiving it.
In the above case, if the product is out of stock and we are unable to exchange it for the correct product, we will issue a refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.
We take sufficient quality control measures such as re-inspecting the product before shipping, but in the unlikely event that we receive a product that is different from what you ordered or a defective product due to a transportation accident, etc., we will investigate the cause and promptly take action.
If it is clearly our fault, we will bear all shipping charges.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases.
