The carving pattern on the back changes depending on how it is cut or the angle you look at it. The way that this "impersonation" makes you see an illusion that is different from the original design is compared to a mirage.

This series is inspired by the author's philosophy that things can be seen 180% different depending on your filter.

The carving designs are excerpted from the pictures designer SUGIMURA himself had drawn when he was abroad.
Based on real flowers, non-existent patterns are painted on top of petals.The fictional flower pattern is cut out and carved into the back of the stone.
The message is to not be swayed by the "impersonation" that is overflowing in this world, but to value "your own will" and "your own aesthetic sense."
