3. If you choose the product, click the "Add to cart" button, and then click the "Continue to purchase" button.
If you click "Buy Now" button, you will be taken directly to the screen for entering your contact information and shipping address.
After filling in each of these fields, click the "Continue to Shipping" button to proceed to the next page.
Preferred arrival date and time, and free wrapping services are also available. If you have any other requests, please click the " Order special instruction + " button on the "Cart" page.
4. After confirming the shipping method, please click the "Continue to Payment" button.
5. Please select a payment method. If you are paying by credit card, please fill in your information.
If you have a different billing address, please select "Use a different billing address" from the options and fill in the information.
Bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit card payment, or Amazon Pay is available for shopping at our store in Japan. Our shopping cart is protected by SSL encryption.
6. An automatic order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered..
If you do not receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours, please contact us.
About payment
We accept bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit card payment, and Amazon Pay.
Credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners are accepted.
Please note that we cannot accept cash on delivery (COD) for custom-made items because we will make the order after we receive your payment first.

About delivery of goods
Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express.
Please specify your desired arrival date and time if you have one.
We are trying our best to ship as soon as possible, but some items may take longer. If you are in a rush, please contact us by e-mail.
Shipping fee: 800 yen (including tax) for Honshu and Shikoku; 1,300 yen (including tax) for Hokkaido and Kyushu
Free shipping is applied for orders of 20,000 yen or more, including tax, per order.
Please note that shipping charges will be added to each order when placing duplicate orders.
The following handling fees will be charged depending on the price of the product when you place a COD order.
Cash on Delivery Fee
Up to 10,000 yen 330 yen
Up to 30,000 yen 440 yen
Up to 100,000 yen 660 yen
Up to 300,000 yen 1,100 yen
Delivery date: Unless you specify a specific delivery date, we will try to deliver your order within one week after your order is confirmed.
Unless you use Sagawa Express cash-on-delivery service, we will ship your order after confirming your payment.
The time zones that can be specified are as follows
Morning (9am-12pm),
2pm-4pm,
4pm-6pm,
6pm-8pm,
7pm-9pm
A Sagawa Express tracking number will be provided. Delivery status can be checked from the Sagawa Express website.

About consumption tax
All products prices are tax inclusive in our shop for customers living in Japan.
About returned goods
When the goods arrive, please make sure to check that the goods you have received are identical to the goods you ordered and that they are not damaged.
If you receive a defective product (damaged, stained, or missing merchandise) or an item that is different from your order due to our error, please contact us by phone or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the item and return it to us. We will replace the item with the right item only if we receive it within 10 days after you send it to us.
Even in the above cases, if we do not have the product in stock and cannot replace it with the right item, we will issue a refund.
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reason.
It is unlikely the delivery of goods that differ from the order or defective goods due to transport accidents. However, if it might happen that the goods are delivered incorrectly, we will immediately take measures to deal with the situation after examining the cause of the problem.
If the fault is clearly ours, we will cover all shipping charges.
Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases.
1. Products that have been used.
2. Goods that have been damaged or defaced by the customer.
3. Products that have been in the customer's hands for more than 7 days.
4. We will not refund you if you change your mind and decide you don't like it.
